Join us for the second edition of A Celebration of Flavours at Ohui with Chef Kylee Newton (aka The Modern Preserver) and Chef Dinesh PM for a beautifully curated evening that highlights seasonal ingredients and shared passion on every plate 🍽 

Kylee Newton is a British–New Zealand preserver, author and food writer known for her creative, sustainable use of seasonal produce crafting jams, preserves, chutneys. Her artisanal flavours and sustainable techniques beautifully complement Dinesh PM’s modern, globally inspired cuisine at Ohui, creating a harmonious blend of craft, flavour, and innovation.
